What materials do you need?

Complete the section below if you are requesting staff to attend your event. Please note: September 3rd is the last day BOE staff can attend events before the November 2026 General Election. In addition, BOE staff availability will be limited during July due to petitions processing.

Please give us 2 weeks notice in advance to attend your event. While we attempt to attend as many events as possible, staff may not always be available to attend.
Note: We require at least two weeks notice to attend an event and our team is available to attend an event for a maximum of 3 hours.
Note: We have a large passenger van we typically bring to events that is easiest to park in an open air lot.
Will a table and chairs be provided?

(Event type, purpose, description, etc.)
I understand that the Hamilton County Board of Elections does not always have staff available to attend all events.
