Ohio Supreme Court issued an order allowing Ohio attorneys to receive Continuing Legal Education (CLE) credit for serving as precinct election officials on Election Day.

Receive 4 CLE credits for completing poll worker (PEO) training, assisting in setting up the poll location the evening before the election, and serving on election day . . . and all poll workers are paid!

You must include your Ohio Bar Association Number on your training class Attendance Form in order to receive the credit. Apply here, using the CLE with the BOE sign up type, and remember to include your Ohio Bar Assoc. Number on the Attendance Form you will be mailed, or that you will pick up in class.
