Dear County Party Chairpersons, Committee Representatives and Treasurers:

The Hamilton County Board of Elections ballot proofs for the Presidential Primary Election on Tuesday, March 17, 2020 will be posted at the Hamilton County Board of Elections office (in Norwood) at:

4700 Smith Road
Cincinnati, OH 45212

The ballot proofs are available for inspection and/or correction at our office during business hours from:

8:00 a.m. on Thursday, January 23 until 8:00 a.m. on Friday, January 24, 2020

Ballot proofs will also be posted for inspection on our website during the same time period:

VoteHamiltonCountyOhio.gov
