Seasonal Employment

The Hamilton County Board of Elections (BOE) will need additional support from temporary full-time employees to make it a successful election for the voters of Hamilton County.

The Absentee/Vote by Mail Department has open positions for data entry clerks, mail processing clerks, and Early Vote Center Clerks.

Temporary Employment Information :

Work Location: 4700 Smith Road in Norwood, Ohio 45212

Work Schedule: August through November (Start and end times vary by position)

8am–4pm, Mon–Fri (additional evening & weekend work may also be required)

Flexible shifts for morning, afternoon, evenings, and Saturdays.

Schedule will be discussed during interview, if scheduled

Starting Salary: $15 per hour

Requirements for all positions:

Must be a U.S. citizen

Must be registered to vote in Hamilton County

Must not have been convicted of a felony

Must be able to work at least 8am–4pm, Monday–Friday
