Absentee Ballot Request Forms to Vote by Mail in the 2020 Primary Election: Available at Area Kroger Stores

Kroger is partnering with the Hamilton County Board of Elections allowing Absentee Ballot applications to be placed in 12 area stores at the Customer Service desks. “We are pleased to provide applications, the first step for voters who want to receive a ballot by mail, at several Kroger stores in our county,” said Sherry Poland, Director. These stores include:

Downtown: 100 E Court Street
Forest Park: 1212 W Kemper
Harrison: 10477 Harrison
Hyde Park: 3760 Paxton
North College Hill: 7132

Oakley: 4613 Marburg
Price Hill: 3609 Warsaw
Woodlawn: 10595 Springfield Pike

For the extended March 17 Primary Election, voters have until Noon on Saturday, April 25th to request an absentee ballot, but are urged to get their request forms in as soon as possible. After receiving a request form, the board will mail a ballot to all eligible voters with a postagepaid return envelope.

The General Assembly has set April 28th as the final day of the 2020 Primary Election. Voting by Mail has been extended through April 28, 2020. In-person voting is limited to April 28th at the Board of Elections office for individuals with a qualifying disability or who cannot receive mail. The extension is only for voters who have not yet cast a ballot in the 2020 Primary Election. The Board Office remains closed to the public with the exception of our vestibule area which will remain open to the public from Monday – Friday, 8am to 4pm. There is a selfserve station to complete Vote by Mail applications and Voter Registration forms.
